Notoriously, when someone suggests that we journal we: roll our eyes, mutter, “Okay, sure,” or would rather rant to a best friend, etc.

However, journaling is a powerful practice for more than the spiritually inclined: where we can make sense of the brain soup leaking between our ears and actually find sense in the feelings, thoughts, and other experiences that we’re, well... experiencing.
